What's your Personal Legend?

Life is like a great bicycle race, whose aim is to fulfill one’s Personal Legend - that which, according to the ancient alchemists, is our true mission on Earth.

- Paulo Coelho

I am so proud of my friends Shan and Shuhui here as they have pursued their singing interests to an amazing level, especially Shan for I have seen how she has systematically moved closer and closer to her dreams of performing and most of all ... singing.

So, as a tribute and encouragement to all those who dare go for their dreams, do give them your vote on 25th Aug, 8pm on U Channel.

That's all for today but I think it's not cheap in Hong Kong if I am not wrong if you don't want the tacky kind..

Do let me know when you are back. Most studios need appointment for fitting etc.

Time to Resume

Like Wan says, it's been almost one year since the last posting and incidentally, the next time Chun is going back to Africa is actually the time when she will have a once-in-a-lifetime wedding ...

Many changes have since happened since the last blog entry. I think we should do ourselves/our faithful readers??? some justice and fill in the blanks.

Some of the most significant events (where I can remember the dates) are as follows:
Please help me add to the list . .. gis' new job... gek & morten's apt .. and whatever I missed.

27/28 October 2007: Wan and Ed's wedding

25 December 2007: Jene and Qida's wedding

13 May 2008: Buddha's Birthday. Jene moves to Hong Kong.

13 June 2008: Chun leaves for India for volunteer work.

31 Jul/1 August 2008: Wan and Winnie visits Jene in HK .. 1st time we are together outside of Singapore. Last time was with Gek in France. ..can you imagine???
