i know thurs is my paper... but economics is drviing me soooo sooo insane... so i decide to come on the blog and see if there have been any entertaining stuff...and decide that i too can leave a blog entry... it wun take me five mintues and would allow me to rant on about something none econs...
basically i was studying and eating kong kuan biscuits and it strucked me for a brief moment (note: brief moment only; i was concentrating ok =p), well it struck me how i am a lover of the old fashioned... i mean there is something so nostalgic about the simple packaging of those KK biscuits that make me feel like you have bought them from an old mama shop in the kampung or something like that. (i mean sometimes KK biscuits does seem so out of place along side those funky japanese meji thingys)
yes... i am a sucker for the old world charm... thats why i love pearls, old advertisments (those hand painted ones), big wavy hair, jazz and my fav character in desperate housewife is Bree except for her strange carrot hair that never messes.
remember our debate about old money and new money... think i will go for old money...haha just for the kick of being wined and dined like a lady...forget the bra-burning; i need a man who will open the doors for me, pull out the chair at the resturant and lead gallently in dances (plus point if he knows his tango from his waltz). okay this is from watching kate and leopard two weeks ago on channel 5.
